Pharmacy Personnel

Pharmacy Manager

A Price Chopper Pharmacy Manager oversees the inventory, dispensing, and supplies in the store’s pharmacy department. Staff Pharmacist

Also, you’ll provide training to interns, technicians, and associates. They expect you to supervise day-to-day operation of the pharmacy department and help ensure that all federal state and local regulation are being followed.

You’ll perform other duties as ordered by the pharmacy manager or staff pharmacist.

Pharmacy clerks must be fully aware that only pharmacists can legally perform specific duties, such as assembling drugs for the patient prescriptions.

Moreover, a pharmacy clerk must have a high school diploma or GED. You must know how to communicate well, verbally and in writing, and use Windows computers. Clerks may occasionally need to lift boxes or other stock weighing 35 pounds or less.
